Step 01: Overlapping of  corrugated metal roof

Step 03: Fix the screw line and mark the distance between the two lines

Panels of 36-inch width are usually available in the market. Four screws should be applied to each panel. So mark the place to screw one at every 9-inch distance with a marker. 

Thus complete the screw line. The distance between the two screw lines of each panel will be 24 inches.

The weather is different in different places. Somewhere there is a lot of wind and somewhere there is snow. Depending on these weather conditions, only then the engineer can tell the distance between two screw lines.

Step 04: Screw on the top or bottom of the panel

Step 05: Drilled by a drill machine

Now the screw position is marked all over the corrugated metal roof. This means that the structure has been created, you just need to drill with a drill machine. 

Holes should be made according to the diameter of the screw. When the perforation is over, check carefully to see if there is any perforation left. If you drill properly, it will be convenient to screw.

Step 06: Seal with a screw

The hole has been drilled with a drill machine;  All other work is done.  Now the last task is to seal it with screws. 

Different-sized screws are available.  And hence, since you will screw on the top of the panel, the length of the screw should be more than the total thickness of the panel and structure, typically, the thickness of the panel is 1/2 inch and the thickness of the bottom structure is one inch. So buy a screw that is at least 1 and 1/2 inches long.  

Do not work with screws shorter than this length. Better to buy a 2-inch screw.  Place the screw in the hole and tighten well with the screwdriver on the fastener so that there are no gaps.
